Terms of Use

Mwamini is a Christian daily discipline and church engagement platform. It helps believers track prayer, Scripture, fasting, reflection, and church connection.

Church features help congregations publish content, manage groups, and display giving instructions. Mwamini does not hold church funds or operate as a wallet.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account.

Church admin and group leader access is granted by your church or by Mwamini platform administrators.

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Upload unlawful, deceptive, or spam content.
• Attempt to bypass privacy controls or access another user's private spiritual data.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Use Mwamini for dating, anonymous confession walls, public shame boards, or other features outside our product boundaries.

You retain ownership of content you create in Mwamini (prayer entries, notes, messages you send).

You grant Mwamini a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate the service — including showing content to audiences you explicitly chose.

Church-published content (devotionals, announcements, events) is managed by authorized church admins under their church's policies.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal and spiritual data. Private prayer journals remain private by default and are enforced at the database level.

Some features may require a paid subscription (Believer Plus or church plans). Prices and billing terms are shown before purchase.

Giving instructions displayed in the app are informational only — Mwamini does not process church offerings or hold church funds in the MVP.

Subscription payments may be processed via M-Pesa or other providers shown at checkout.

Mwamini is a tool for spiritual discipline and church connection — not a substitute for pastoral care, medical advice, or professional counseling.

Mwamini does not provide AI prophecy, AI pastoral authority, or automated spiritual direction.

The service is provided 'as is' to the extent permitted by law. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mwamini and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under Kenyan law.

You may stop using Mwamini and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect users and the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Disputes should first be raised with support@mwamini.co.ke so we can resolve them in good faith.
